MANAGEMENT CONTROLSLiaise with Team Leader/Manager Regional for his managed Site(s) to optimize operations performance (through enhancing controls, optimizing preventive maintenance, spare parts control and availability, site’s distribution…).Support Team lead/Manager, Regional in Keeping IHS portfolio updated and optimized through the correct and accurate reporting using as IHS Online Maintenance Application.Define Preventive / Routine maintenance schedules and plans (upgrades) for related sites based on the automatic scheduler within the IHS Online Maintenance Application.Follow up SBC preventive maintenance and ensure the work quality to be delivered as per IHS’ standard.Meeting weekly/Monthly SBC technicians and reporting to Team Lead/Manager, Regional all challenges.Ensure preventive and curative maintenance timelines along with quality are met & delivered.Ensure expenses are reported on time (weekly/monthly) to Team lead/Manager, Regional with all correct justifications attached. Ensure for any expense supportive document which does not meet Finance requirement (invoice should include # RC & # NC) is attached with Discharge Certificate.Ensure within the cluster managed that any new site added to the maintenance basket from the Rollout will be following the Hand Over processes.Make sure that all new power system installed on site is working as per expectation, if not, work with Engineering team for correction.DIESEL CONTROLSSupport Team Lead/Manager, Regional, Diesel & Engineering team through collecting daily accurate data without any falsification and manipulation prior to sending them to Diesel department.Liaise / communicate with Diesel department to track Diesel consumption, Diesel theft, installed power system performance (Solar, Hybrid, IPT, Huawei, DPC, …) and issue monthly diesel consumption report related to managed sites.Follow / support monthly diesel study aboutMost diesel consuming sites (set an action plan to revert the trend)Most inefficient sites with power system installed designed to reduce Diesel ConsumptionConfirm and monitor grid power availability at sites and proper billing with technicians.Availability of a tracker for all grid issues and work with utility engineer for fast resolution.Ensure grid and generator are not working at the same time on the ground.NOC SUPPORT Liaise / support NOC members & related team to Optimize NOC team performance following:Correct data collection from field by having our field technician transmitting correct feedback.Preventive maintenance validation with detailed information from the field.Persistent & Correct Reporting (Availability, MTTR, MTBF, failures’ reason…).Liaise / communicate with NOC Managers and Members to optimize NOC performance for teams.Support to optimize communication and validation process between Diesel Control and NOC monitoring system from one side & correct preventive maintenance validation from another side.Monitor issued tickets and ensured correct closing and allocation.PROCUREMENT / STOCK COORDINATIONSupport Team Lead/Manager, Regional to provide optimized spare parts, consumables and equipment required for the purpose of optimizing purchasing power (prices, availability, quality, payment terms…)Validate with Team Lead/Manager, Regional equipment, spare parts, and consumables.Ensure any returned spare parts, consumables, equipment from any site is labelled clearly with tag’s number and it is returning form to be able to track the stock.Ensure that, for any new consumables / spare parts delivered for maintenance purposes, the damaged/replaced consumable / spare part from site will be returned with a label on it clearly indicating Site ID and Site Name.Monitor logistics and stock level inventory to support Team Lead/Manager, Regional in managing the refill of the related Region warehouse to avoid having any shortage of spare parts / consumables.SBC MANAGEMENTHelp Tead Lead/Manager, Regional in reporting back SBCs’ performance and difficultie
