Job purpose: The main goal of this position is to assist the financial department by validating bills, inputting information into SAP, maintaining financial logs, and performing other standard bookkeeping tasks, all while acquiring valuable hands-on expertise. Key responsibilities: Check bills to ensure they are correct, complete, and properly backed by relevant documents. Input and execute financial operations within the SAP system. Help with ledger balancing and investigate any noted irregularities. Keep precise bookkeeping files and safeguard the associated paperwork. Back up the team during monthly closings and other recurring financial duties. Guarantee that all financial movements adhere strictly to internal guidelines and OHADA accounting standards. Qualifications and skills: Hold a university degree (BAC level or higher) focusing on accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
