Joblinca is hiring motivated Field Registration Officers to help onboard jobseekers and recruiters onto our platform in Buea.
This is a fully performance-based position, meaning your earnings depend directly on the number of successful registrations and targets achieved. The more results you deliver, the more you earn.
This role is ideal for energetic, confident individuals who enjoy interacting with people and promoting digital solutions.
Responsibilities
• Visit businesses, offices, and organizations to onboard recruiters
• Meet jobseekers and assist them in creating Joblinca accounts
• Educate users on how to post jobs and apply for opportunities
• Ensure profiles are properly completed
• Track daily registrations and report results
• Meet weekly and monthly registration targets
• Represent Joblinca professionally in the field
Requirements
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable approaching businesses and individuals
• Must own a smartphone and understand basic internet use
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Previous sales, marketing, or field experience is an advantage
• Must be based in Buea or nearby areas
Compensation Structure
This role is 100% performance-based.
There is no fixed base salary. Earnings are tied directly to performance and successful registrations.
High-performing Field Officers can earn up to 80,000 XAF per month or more, depending on results and consistency.
