To expand our presence in Buea, we are looking for motivated Field Registration Officers who will help businesses and jobseekers join the Joblinca platform. Key Responsibilities • Visit businesses, offices, and organizations to onboard recruiters onto Joblinca. • Engage with jobseekers and assist them in creating and completing their Joblinca profiles. • Demonstrate how to post jobs and apply for opportunities on the platform. • Ensure new users complete their profiles correctly. • Record and track daily registrations and field activities. • Meet weekly and monthly registration targets. • Represent the Joblinca brand professionally in the community. Requirements • Strong communication and persuasion skills. • Confidence in approaching businesses and individuals. • Must own a smartphone and understand basic internet usage. • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven. • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or field outreach is an advantage. • Must be based in Buea or nearby areas. Compensation Structure This position operates on a performance-based compensation model. There is no fixed base salary. Earnings are directly tied to the number of successful registrations and targets achieved. High-performing Field Registration Officers can earn up to 80,000 XAF per month or more depending on results and consistency.
